The “Travel Assist” Policy guarantees 24 hours assistance services worldwide and it takes only a telephone call to activate the full range of our services, 24 hours a day.

Special discounts are offered for group and family travels. To families with children under the age 16 – the first travels free of charge; the second is eligible to a 50% discount on the basic premium payable.

Medical Expenses Abroad

The “Medical Expenses” policy provides Emergency Medical Expenses due to Accident and/or Acute Illness, Emergency Medical Transportation and Repatriation of Mortal Remains. The Policy Conditions require that the Insured pays for emergency medical treatment and claims a recovery from QBE Sofia after return to Bulgaria.
